摘　　要：当今美国大学入学考试的特征主要体现在考试的组织是社会机构,每年有多次考试机会,考试内容趋向能力考核,考试的题型以客观题为主,考试成绩只是录取时的重要参照,考试改革已开始转向注重学业考核。Nowadays, the characteristics of college entrance examination in America are mainly as follows:the organizer of the examination is social mechanism, there are many opportunities for the students to participate in the examination annually, the examination tends to test the ability of the participants, objective questions are the staple type of all the questions, the academic achievement is only an important reference to the enrollment and the reform of the examination has transferred to emphasize the scholastic aptitude test.
