摘　　要：制度公正是实现招考公平的重要前提,没有公正的制度也就不可能有公平的招考。近年来,各级教育行政和考试管理部门在招生考试制度设计的公正方面作了许多有益的尝试,对促进招考公平起到了十分重要的作用。在社会主义和谐社会建设过程中,招考制度设计的公正和合理与否越来越为社会所关注,如何从招考制度设计公正的理念出发,积极探索实现招考公平路径,是我们面临的重要课题。The system justice is an important premise to realize the equity in enrollment and examinations.In recent years, administrative departments of education at all levels and examination management departments have made many valuable attempts in designing just system,which plays an important role in promoting the equity in enrollment and examinations. During the process of building socialist harmonious society, whether the system of enrollment and examinations is just and reasonable or not attracts more and more attention.Thus, it becomes very important that we should explore ways to realize the equity in enrollment and examinations.
