摘　　要：针对房地产项目中存在的问题,对房地产项目的特征及结果链的理论与方法进行了研究,将结果链方法应用于房地产项目,使房地产项目与结果管理有机结合起来。研究结果表明,结果链建模技术更加强调项目最终目标和结果的影响,可以帮助企业在项目实施过程中进行沟通和决策,从而保证项目顺利实施,是对传统建模方法的有效补充。Targeting the problems existing in real estate project,this paper studies the characteristics of real estate project and the theory and method of result-chain,and applies result-chain method to real estate project,so as to better combine real estate project with result management.Research results show that result-chain modeling technique emphasizes the impact of final goals and results,thus it can help enterprises to communicate and make decision in the process of project implementation,which guarantees the smooth implementation of projects.The study also shows that result-chain modeling(RCM)is effectively complementary to traditional modeling methods.
