当代失业理论的发展及对中国的启示

摘　　要：本文以欧洲失业现象为例。讨论了自20世纪70年代以来经济学家对各阶段社会失业问题的研究。包括对70年代高失业率起因的分析、80年代对失业持续居高不下原因的解释以及90年代对各国失业状况存在巨大差异的探索,对当代失业问题研究和失业理论发展的主题变化、阶段成果进行了回顾与总结,对失业理论发展的最新研究方向进行了评论和分析,并结合中国实际探讨了现代失业理论对中国劳动力市场制度建设的启示和借鉴意义。This paper has reviewed the evolution of unemployment theory from 1970's according to European eases.The initial reason of European unemployment increasing of 1970's,persistence mechanism of 1980's and heterogeneity across countries of 1990's are discussed in detail as well as the focuses and achievements of each phase in unemployment theory.The current directions of employment theory and its current problems for studying are also envisioned in the essay.
