摘　　要：干部培训对于提升干部素质能力。进而推动党的事业发展具有重要的作用。中国共产党历来重视干部教育培训,开创于建党初期的干部培训事业,已取得了巨大的历史成就。坚持以党的工作实际为中心,坚持改革创新,是干部教育培训在长期发展中收获的两条最宝贵的经验。本文全面总结了党的干部培训的九条历史经验,提出要继续以这些经验为指导,进一步坚持理论联系实际,使干部教育培训在新的历史时期发挥更大的作用。The cadre education plays an important role in enhancing the cadres' quality.CPC has payed much attention to the cadre education from early 1920s.In the past years,the cadre education has made tremendous achievements.Carrying out with the party's practices and continuing to innovate are the most important experiences on the cadre education.This article summarizes nine experiences and proposes that we must take these experiences as instruction,persist unifying the theory and the practice,in order to make sure that the cadre education has its function in the new era.
