摘　　要：本文针对目前期刊评价研究中存在的不足,论述构建期刊评价管理信息系统的意义和目标,然后从指标体系建设、系统的功能设计和技术实现等关键方面探讨了构建期刊评价管理信息系统的问题,并进一步探讨了该系统未来的发展方向。The paper introduces a new way to solve the problems in the study of journal evaluation,which is to construct Management Information System of Journal Evaluation.The paper also discusses the meaning and objectives of Journal Evaluation and the three key factors of such Management Information System which includes the design of index system,function design and the technology of such system.In the end,the paper points out the future of such information system.
