摘　　要：要避免制衣业的浪费,应从细究生产过程和方法着手,如物料准备应按次序排列好;借助流程图有效地记录和分析流程;科学的安排裁剪以减少面料损耗;采用机电一体化产品和缩短生产周期的运送设备。In order to avoid waste in apparel manufacture,we need to start from the analysis of procedure and method in production.We need to arrange the raw materials in order,to record and analyze the procedure according to the flow chart,to well organize the cutting to reduce waste,to use the integrated mechanical & electrical products and the delivery equipment to shorten production circle.
