摘　　要：近年来我国民办高等教育队伍迅速壮大,资金短缺已经成了制约民办高校健康发展的瓶颈。本文分析了我国民办高校筹资的内外部制度环境,同时借鉴美日的经验,提出相应的对策,以促进我国民办高校的可持续发展。Recent years,private higher education in China has made a rapid development.However,Shortage of funds is the Bottleneck what obstructs the private higher education's healthy development,the article analyses the internal and external system environment of raising funds for private higher education in China,and based on the experiences of private higher education in The United States and Japan,the study puts forward some countermeasures that promotes the svstainable development of private higher education in China.
