摘　　要：PTT纤维是最新实现工业化开发并取得重大成功的新型聚酯纤维,它综合了锦纶的柔软性、腈纶的膨松性、涤纶的抗污性,加上PTT纤维固有的弹性功能,将各种纤维的优良服用性能集于一身,并且具备了适应于规模化工业生产的优越条件。This article analyzed the performance characteristics of PTT fiber and used its features to adjust the dyeing process, the spinning process, weaving process, dyeing and finishing process.ect. It also be used to optimize the ratio of fiber’s component, which show the ? exibility of PTT. It also could help to solve the problem of shrinkage in dyeing and fi nishing. PTT could be applied to worsted elastic fiber products and developed into a new type of PTT worsted elastic fabrics.
