浅谈民办高校产权的法律保护机制

摘　　要：为了促进我国民办高校持续、健康、稳定地发展,民办高校的产权必须明晰,而产权的明晰归根结底需要依靠法律的保护机制。本文首先简单介绍了产权和民办高校产权的内涵,然后从我国有关法律、法规的规定看民办高校产权法律保护的现状,最后建议如何进一步健全民办高校产权的法律保护机制。In promoting China's private universities sustainable,healthy and steady development,the property rights of private universities should be clear,and the clarity of property rights ultimately relies on legal protection mechanism.This article first briefly introduces the content of property rights and the property rights of private universities,then talks about the statos guo of the legal protection for the property rights of private universities interms of the relevant laws,regulations,and last suggests on how to improve the legal protection mechanism of the property rights mechanism of private universities.
