摘　　要：提出增强《思想道德修养与法律基础》课教学的针对性、实效性和吸引力、感染力必须处理好继承、借鉴与改革创新的关系。即在继承中坚持改革创新,改革创新的目的是为了继承和发展,同时必须适应改革开放形势之需要,把《思想道德修养与法律基础》课教学放到高校德育的大系统中,放到全球视野中的思想政治教育去考察,充分吸收,借鉴国际经验,丰富和发展、创新中国特色的思想政治教育理论与方法,增强教学实效性。The study puts forward to enhancing the orientation,effectiveness and attraction of the course of Cultivation of Ideology and Morality and the Basic knowledge of Law,and it is necessary to correctly handle relation between succession,reference while as reform and innovation.That is,persevering in reform and innovation while carrying on.The purpose of reform and innovation is to svlleed and develop.Furthermore,it is to meet the need of reform and opening up;to place the teaching of Cultivation of Ideology and Morality and the Basic knowledge of Law in the large-scale system of moral education;to set the course in the edvelopment of the ideological and political education around the world;to benefit from the international experience in order to enrich,develop and innovate theories and methods of ideological and political education with Chinese characteristics;to enhance the effectiveness of teaching.
