脐血干细胞培养及其诱导分化的研究进展

摘　　要：人类脐血富含干细胞,作为骨髓和外周血以外的一种重要干细胞来源日益受到重视。脐血干细胞对重建病人的短期造血功能和长期造血功能具有显著作用,并且具有多向分化潜能,在医学上具有重要的临床应用价值,本文将对脐血干细胞的生物学性质、体外培养扩增和诱导分化做一综述。In addition to the bone marrow and peripheral blood,the cord blood also contains stem cells,it has became the very important source of stem cells.The stem cells coming from the cord blood have obvious affection on reconstruction of hematopoietic function of short time and long time of the patients.Stem cells also have multipotent for differentiation,so the cells will have important value in clinic use.This paper had summarized about biological characteristics of umbilical cord blood stem cell,and its expansion and differentiation in vitro.
