摘　　要：通过正交实验对锁阳这一传统中药植物中的多糖提取工艺进行了初步研究,选取对锁阳多糖的提取率影响较大的三个因素即提取温度、料液比、提取时间进行实验,并对其进行了定性鉴别。旨在为进一步的开发与利用提供参考。We choose Cynomorium which is a traditional Chinese medicine plant as our research project.According to the orthogonal experiments,we conducted a preliminary study about the extraction process of polysaccharide.There are three factors which have great impacts on the extraction rate,that is extraction temperature,liquid than expected and extraction time.At the same time,we do experiments on its qualitative identification.All of this is aims to provide reference for further application and development.
