摘　　要：本文简要介绍建立基于以GIS技术和计算机网络技术为支撑的城市供水管网信息管理系统科学性、必要性,分析了城市供水管网GIS系统的结构功能和系统模块,阐明该系统应用技巧、使用方法以及良好扩展、维护特性。文章从系统图库管理、属性数据输入编辑、数据库维护、供水管网职能维护、供水管网设计、供水管网规划、供水管网发布、供水管网管理等诸子系统的功能和原理进行了详细的讲述。为地下管网建设基础地理信息系统的应用进行了有益的探索。This article brief introduction establishment based on take the GIS technology and the computer network technology as support's urban water supply pipe network information management system scientific nature,the necessity,has analyzed the urban water supply pipe network GIS system's structure function and the system module,expounded that this system application skill,the application method as well as expand,the maintenance characteristic good.The article from the system map storage management,the attribute data input editing,the database maintenance,the water supply pipe network function maintenance,the water supply pipe network design,the water supply pipe network plan,the water supply pipe network issued that pre-qin thinkers system's and so on water supply the pipe network management functions and the principle have carried on the detailed elaboration.Has carried on the beneficial exploration for the underground utilities construction foundation geographic information systems application.
