“芪苓”制剂对免疫抑制小鼠血清蛋白含量及转氨酶活性的影响

摘　　要：以腹腔注射环磷酰胺(Cyclophosphamide,CY)75mg/kg诱导建立免疫抑制小鼠模型,给免疫抑制小鼠灌服不同剂量"芪苓"制剂QiLing medicament(剂量分别为每千克体重12.5g、25g、50g),通过测定小鼠血清蛋白含量和转氨酶的活性,探讨"芪苓"制剂对CY所致免疫抑制小鼠血清蛋白含量和转氨酶的活性的影响。结果表明,三个不同剂量"芪苓"制剂均能提高血清中总蛋、白蛋白及球蛋白含量及降低丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)和天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)的活性(P<0.05),说明"芪苓"制剂能减轻环磷酰胺对小鼠肝脏的损害作用。The immunodepressed mice model was built by intraperitoneal injection with 75 mg/kg body weight cyclophosphamide (CY) to normal mice,and the immunodepressed mice were gastrogavage administered with different doses QiLing medicament(doses of QiLing medicament were 12.5 g/kg.BW、25 g/kg.BW、50 g/kg.BW). Protein contents and the activity of ALT、AST in serum were de- tected,to study the effect of protein content in serum and the activity of ALT、AST in serum of QiLing medicament in the immunode- pressed mice. The results indicated that,three QiLing medicament groups could increase the amount of TP、ALB and GLO,and re- duce the content of ALT and AST significantly different to CY model group (P<0.05). The results showed that QiLing medicament could lighten the damage to liver function of the immunodepressed mice.
