“芪灵”制剂对热应激小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：探讨"芪灵"制剂对热应激小鼠免疫器官指数和脾淋巴细胞增殖的影响。取60只昆明小鼠,随机分为5组,Ⅰ组为常温对照组;Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组为低、中、高剂量"芪灵"制剂热应激组;Ⅴ组为热应激模型组。采用MTT法检测脾淋巴细胞的增殖反应情况。结果表明:"芪灵"制剂能够显著提高热应激小鼠免疫器官指数,提高热应激小鼠的脾脏淋巴细胞增殖能力(P<0.05)。The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of QiLing medicament on immunological organs index and splenic lymphocyte proliferation in mice after heat stress. 60 KM mouse were randomly divided into 5 groups,GroupⅠwas the NT group, group Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were low,middle and high QiLing medicament heat stress group,group Ⅴ was heat stress model group.Condition of lymphocytes was measured by using MTT colorimetric assay. The results were as follows:QiLing medicament could significantly stimulate immunological organ index and splenic lymphocyte proliferation in mice after heat stress(P<0.05).
