摘　　要：数据规范化是数据预处理的重要方法之一。卫星通信网通信记录组成复杂,既包含连续型属性,也包含标称型、离散型属性。针对卫星通信数据异构程度严重的特点,为有效规范化异构数据集,提高卫星通信故障智能检测的准确性,提出HMMN规范化方法,应用到卫星通信故障智能检测中,实验证明HMMN能够很好地规范化异构数据集,有助于提高故障检测的精度。Normalization is one of the mostly used methods in data pre-processing.Satellite communication records have both nominal attributes and continuous attributes.For the sake of dealing with these heterogeneous datasets,a new way of normalization called Hvdm-based Max-Min Normalization(HMMN) was proposed.In experiments on 6 UCI datasets and realistic data of satellite communication records,data after HMMN achieved higher classification accuracy on average than previous normalization.
