摘　　要：目的 :设计一种无需悬挂的输液器具。　方法 :采用全封闭内加压原理 ,以克服现有输液器具必须悬挂在支架上才能使用的缺陷 ,同时将输液器的莫菲管作了相应的改进。　结果 :本设计能适合无需支架的院前抢救、战时伤病员转运或突发严重公共卫生事件时大批量输液时使用 ,也可在医院内配合普通的需垂直悬挂的输液器垂直悬挂方式使用。　结论 :本设计结构简单 ,使用灵活、方便 ,可作为输液瓶 (袋 )的更新换代产品。Objective:To design a hanger-unnecessary infusion bottle and its tube. Methods:According to internal pressuring mechanism, the defects of height and direction-necessity of the present infusion bottles and tubes had been successfully overcome. Results:Fluid infusion can now be applied at any height, in any direction and position without any danger of air-entering into blood vessels. It is useful for pre-hospital rescue, battle-field, patient-transferring or urgent and large number of fluid/blood infusion.Conclusion:The design can be used both in hospitals as a present-used normal infusion bottles or bags and for pre-hospital hanger-unnecessary use. It can replace the present-used infusion bottles and their tubes.
