摘　　要：目的 :探讨吻合器痔上粘膜环切术 (PPH)治疗严重脱垂性痔时的常见并发症及预防措施 .方法结合文献 ,回顾性分析 65例行吻合器痔上粘膜环切术的严重脱垂性痔患者的治疗效果和术后并发症及预防措施 .结果 :术后发生尿潴留 6例 ( 9 2 3 % ) ,吻合口出血 3例 ( 4 61 % ) ,大便带血 1 5例 ( 2 5 0 8% ) ,肛门疼痛1 0例 ( 1 5 3 8% ) ,术后 1月发现吻合口狭窄 2例 ( 3 0 8% ) ,本组 2 4例女性病例无一例发生直肠阴道瘘 ,无盆腔严重感染 .结论 :PPH治疗严重脱垂性痔具有疗效好 ,并发症少的优点 ,大多数并发症均可通过规范手术操作、提高手术操作技巧来预防 .Objective:To study the usual complications and preventions after the procedure for prolapse Hemorrhoids(PPH).Methods:Retrospective analysis was used to study the preventions and effects of PPH for 65 cases of prolapse and hemorrhoids.Results:Complications included 6 retention(9.23%),3 anastigmatic bleedings(4.61%),15 mild anal bleedings(25.08%),10 mild anal pains(15.38%)and 2 narrow anastigmatic stonas after one month(3.08%).Conclusions:Hemorrhoidectomy by stapler for prolapsed hemorrhoid is safe with fewer complications,which can be prevented by standard and skillful operation.
