中日大众体育场地设施及人才培养和管理的比较分析

摘　　要：通过文献资料法与逻辑分析法,对制约我国大众体育发展的两个关键因素体育场地设施管理和利用、大众体育管理人才的培养和管理与日本进行比较与分析,提出了一些具体的问题和改进措施。希望能够对我国的大众体育事业的发展提供有益的建议,以推动我国大众体育事业科学、健康和持久地发展!This article through refering to books and other resources,and the logical analytic method.restricts our country populace sports development two key aspect sports location facility management and the use,the populace sports managerial talent's raise and the management and Japan carries on the comparison and the analysis,asked some concrete questions and the improvement measure.The hope can provide the beneficial suggestion to our country's populace sports enterprise development,impels our country populace sports enterprise science,the health and develops lastingly!
