体育院校排球教学中常见损伤及预防

摘　　要：通过对哈尔滨体育学院排球专项及普修学生进行的调查,总结了排球教学中常易出现的运动损伤,并结合排球运动特点分析了运动损伤的产生原因并提出相应预防措施。This paper was found the common sports injuries in our usual volleyball teaching,and try to analyse the causes that such injuries often happen and puts forward some measures and suggestions on the prevention.This search has been done among volleyball majors and common students of Physical Education Institute.
