摘  要:目的 研究嗜麦芽寡养单胞茵(Stenotrophomonas maltophlia,sm)在ICU病房呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)感染及耐药情况.方法 回顾分析2004年11月-2006年3月ICU病房机械通气患者发生VAP的临床资料.结果 嗜麦芽寡养单孢茵为我院ICU病房VAP的主要病原茵占18.2%居感染病原茵首位;药敏结果显示:嗜麦芽寡养单胞茵对亚胺培南天然耐药,并对大多数抗茵药物耐药,仅对SXT、CIP耐药率较低,分别为20%、40%.结论 嗜麦芽寡养单孢茵是我院ICU病房医院感染的主要病原茵,对抗茵药物具多重耐药性,值得临床关注.Objective To investigate the drug resistance of stenotrophomonas maltophilia(sm) infection in ventilator-associated pneumonia.Methods Data of patients in ICU who received ventilation and suffered ventilator-associated pneumonia from Nov,2004 to March,2006 were collected and analyzed.Results The infection rate of stenotrophomonas maltophilia was 18.2% and was the main pathogen of ventilator-associated pneumonia in ICU.Drug resistance results show that stenotrophomonas maltophilia was naturally resisted to lmipenem and most other antibiotics.Its resistance rate to SXT and CIP was relatively low,separately 20% and 40%.Conclusions Stenotrophomonas maltophilia was the main pathogen of ICU hospital infection in our hospital and was multi-resisted to the antibiotics,which should be noted in clinical practice.
