摘　　要：目的探讨腹部手术后早期肠内营养支持的临床效果及护理方法。方法对97例腹部手术后患者实施早期肠内营养支持,加强肠营养液输注过程的管理及并发症的护理。结果97例腹部手术患者术后早期应用肠内营养,营养状况明显改善,未出现护理并发症。结论早期肠内营养支持可改善患者营养状况,增进免疫功能,减少术后并发症。Objective To discuss the clinical effects and nursing methods with early Total Parental Nutrition support to the patients after abdominal operation.Methods To provide early Total Parental Nutrition support to 97 cases of patients,to improve the management of the Total Parental Nutrition transfusion and the care to the complications.Results the nutritional status of 97 cases of patients after abdominal operation improved apparently without nursing complications occurred by early Total Parental Nutrition support.Conclusion Early Total Parental Nutrition support could improve the patients' nutritional status,increase the immunity and decrease the post-operational complications.
