摘　　要：应用造血祖细胞体外培养技术,观察了小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞对BFU-E和CFU-E增殖的影响。结果标明,小鼠巨噬细胞对CFU-E表现为刺激作用;对BFU-E增殖表现为刺激和抑制双重作用,提示巨噬细胞具有促红纤细胞生成素(EPO)和爆式集落促进活性(BPA)样活性。By using the techniques of hemopoietic progonitor culture,we studied the effect of mouse peritoneal macrophages on the proliferation of the erythroid burst formmg units(BFU-E) and the erythroid colony-forming units(CFU-E).The results showed that macrophages stimulated the CFU-E significantly,and that the growth of BFU-E was enhanced in the absence of additional BPA,but was inhibited when BPA was added in the culture system.The supemants of cultured pedtoneal macrophages presented similar effects.The mechanism of the regulation of erythropoiesis by mouse peritoneal macrophages is discussed.Our observations suggest that macrophages may sbmulate EPO-like and BPA-like activity.
