摘　　要：信息是突发事件中最重要的资源之一,信息传播贯穿于整个突发事件的管理过程中。有效的信息传播不仅能在第一时间控制事态的发展,同时也是政府治理能力的重要体现。文章根据突发事件的特征,分析了突发事件中信息传播的特殊性,并就如何提高突发事件中信息传播的质量和效率,以汶川地震为例提出了突发事件中信息传播的有效机制。Information is one of the best important resources in emergency,and information communication run through the whole management of emergency. Effective communication of information can not only control the development of the conjuncture,but also is an important embodiment of capacity for governance. According to the characteristics of emergency,this article analyzed the particularity of information communication in emergency,and on how to improve the efficiency of information communication,the article proposed effective mechanism take example for earthquake in Wen Chuan.
