摘　　要："新经济"主要是指近些年来正在发生的两大趋势:一是经济全球化;二是信息革命.新经济促使一系列要素发生变化,从而直接或间接地导致了城市土地利用结构的变化.本文对新经济因素在改变城市用地结构是的影响机制进行了深入探讨.'Lately economic' is mainly mean the two greatest trends in the last years.One is the trend of economic globalization; the other is an information revolution.Lately economic urge a series of main factors occurrence variety,thus caused the city land exploitation structure varied directly or indirectly.So.what is the influence mechanism when the city land exploitation structure varied ? In the end,according to the trend of the citys' land structure in our country in the coming 20 years,I put forward some policy suggestions.
