摘　　要：偏头痛(MI)是血管神经性头痛的常见类型,为临床常见病、多发病之一,是针灸科的临床主要适应症。针灸治疗偏头痛具有较好疗效,其中以"太阳透率谷"治法的效果显著。本文试从透穴部位的解剖学形态方面探讨其治疗偏头痛的机制和作用。Migrainous headache,one of commonly and frequently encountered diseases,is a common type of the angioneurotic headaches.Acupuncture and moxibustion therapies are very compatible to treat MI,especially Tangyang-through-Shuaigu acupuncture therapy which has good curative effects to treat MI.This thesis mainly delves into the principles that Tangyang-through-Shuaigu acupuncture therapy treats MI from anatomical angle.
