摘 要:针对油田回注污水作为携砂液不能满足防砂施工对大排量和大携砂比的要求,研制了具有一定粘度和低残留的携砂液,确定了携砂液组成:羟丙基胍胶为成胶剂,有机硼砂为交联剂,过硫酸铵为破胶剂,Na_2S_2O_3为稳定剂(加量0.10%)。携砂液在现场32口井中应用,成功率100%,最大携砂比由18%升至30%以上,平均单井防砂缩短施工时间101 min,并且该携砂液破胶彻底,对地层伤害极小。A viscous and low-residual sand-carrying liquid was prepared to meet the demand of large dis- charge and big sand-carrying rate in sand-controlling work.The composition of the liquid was determined hydroxypropyl guargum as gelatinizing agent,organic borax as crosslinker,ammonium persulfate as gel breaker,Na_2S_2O_3 (0.10%.) as stabilizer.The sand-carrying liquid was applied in 32 sand-controlling production wells and the successful rate was 100%.The maximum sand-carrying rate was increased from 18% to 30% and the stratum liquid feed was decreased.The liquid could break gel completely and so had lit- tle damage to formation.
