摘 要:以三氯甲烷为溶剂,采用苯乙烯沉淀聚合法对硝酸铵进行包覆。实验考察了聚合工艺条件对包覆后硝酸铵的吸湿性的影响,结果表明:随着苯乙烯浓度的增大和聚合温度的升高,包覆后硝酸铵吸湿性先减小后增加;当聚合温度为60℃、苯乙烯用量为聚合体系总质量的4%时,包覆后的硝酸铵的吸湿率最小,比包覆前降低了88.8%。包覆后的硝酸铵的吸湿性还受原始硝酸铵颗粒大小的影响,在实验范围内,硝酸铵的粒径越小,包覆后的硝酸铵的吸湿性越小。Ammonium nitrate was coated by precipitation polymerization of styrene in chloroform solution.The effects of the polymerization process conditions on the hygroscopieity of the coated ammonium nitrate were in- vestigated.The results showed that the hygroscopicity of the coated ammonium nitrate was decreased at first and then increased with increase of the styrene concentration and the polymerization temperature.The mini- mum hygroscopicity was attained under the polymerization temperature of 60℃ and the styrene concentration of 4%,the hygroscopieity rate was declined 88.8% in comparison with uncoated ammonium nitrate.The hy- groscopicity of the coated ammonium nitrate was also affected by the particle size of the uncoated ammonium nitrate.Within the scope of the experiments,the smaller the particle size was,the smaller the hygroscopicity of the coated ammonium nitrate was.
