摘 要:综述了碳酸乙烯酯的合成方法及发展现状,评价所用催化剂的优缺点,提出尿素醇解法改变了对环氧化物等石油产品的依赖,若解决副产物氨气的回收利用将具有较好工业前景。阐述了碳酸乙烯酯的物理、化学性质及其应用进展,详细介绍了碳酸乙烯酯的酯交换反应和开环聚合反应所用的催化剂及相关机理。展望未来发展前景,认为合成的聚碳酸酯多元醇具有较好的生物降解性,可广泛应用于表面活性剂和聚氨酯行业。The development in synthesis of ethylene carbonate was reviewed and the used catalysts were eval- uated.The urea alcoholsis route didn't rely on the petroleum product such as epoxide and had better industri- alization prospect by recycling byproduct ammonia.Physical and chemical properties of ethylene carbonate and its application progress was presented.The catalysts and mechanism for transesterification and ring-opening polymerization of ethylene carbonate were introduced in detail.The future development tendency was prospec- ted.Polycarbonate diols which possess good biodegradation would be widely used in surfactant and polyure- thane industry.
