摘　　要：根据社会主义和谐社会的精神内涵,总结我国野生动物保护工作的实际,从总体上看,我国野生动物保护管理及制度建设等工作尚存在较大不足。问题的存在有多方面的原因。为适应构建和谐社会的总体要求,我国野生动物保护管理制度、运行机制等急需变革,并遵循以人为本和可持续发展的原则,以真正实现促进社会和谐发展的目标。Following the summary on the practical work of wildlife conservation in China on the basis of the spiritual essence of building harmonious society,a wide gap still exists between the management and system establishment of wildlife conservation and the requirement of a harmonious society construction,which results from many aspects.In order to meet the overall demands of building a harmonious society,it is urgent to carry a reform on management system of wildlife conservation as well as operational mechanism.Besides,the principle of people-orientation and sustainable development should be observed to achieve the harmonious society.
