青海省青藏铁路建设沿线鼠疫监测及其防制对策

摘　　要：目的通过对青藏铁路建设以来青海省境内沿线各监测点进行鼠疫监测并落实防制措施,严防动物间鼠疫蔓延扩大的同时,为科学评估这一地区鼠疫流行动态收集有价值的监测资料。方法监测点按照《青藏铁路鼠疫防治技术方案》实施监测工作。汇总2001-2006年青藏铁路沿线青海省境内的鼠疫监测资料进行分析、总结。结果6年来监测面积达207390hm2、收集可检材料6593份、分离到鼠疫菌26株、监测到阳性血清236份。结论近年来青藏铁路沿线动物间鼠疫流行活跃且呈上升趋势。通过监测及时发现和处理了动物间鼠疫疫情,避免了动物间鼠疫疫情波及人间,确保了青藏铁路建设正常进行。随着青藏铁路2007年正式运营,这一地区与内地之间的交往将更趋频繁和深入,人间鼠疫沿青藏铁路线远距离传播已成为青藏铁路运营后鼠疫防制工作不可回避的问题。Objective To monitor the epidemic status and provide valuable data of plague along Qinghai-tibet Railway.Methods The monitoring work was implemented according to the plague control program along Qinghai-tibet Railway.Monitoring data for plague along Qinghai-tibet Railway in Qinghai province during 2001-2006 were analyzed.Results During the past 6 years,an area of 207 390 km2 was under surveillance,a total of 6 593 samples were collected,from which 26 strains of plague were isolated,and 236 positive serum samples were obtained.Conclusion The prevalence of plague in animals was relatively high and with an increasing tendency.Epidemic situation of animal plague was found and controlled in time,thus the spread of human plague was avoided efficiently.With the operation of Qinghai-tibet Railway,the exchanges will be more frequent between this area and inland,indicating that prevention and control of human plague spreading along Qinghai-tibet Railway is in urgent need.
