摘  要:目的制备高效价马抗狂犬病免疫血浆。方法通过细胞制备、病毒的接种、培养、收获、浓缩等步骤,研制了浓缩地鼠肾细胞狂犬病毒抗原,并与羊脑狂犬病毒抗原作马匹免疫对比试验。结果浓缩地鼠肾细胞抗狂犬病免疫血浆的效价明显高于羊脑抗狂犬病免疫血浆。试验组血浆平均效价为157IU/ml,对照组为113IU/ml,两组差异有统计学意义。结论已成功制备高效价抗狂犬病免疫血浆。Objective To prepare high-titer horse anti-rabies plasma.Methods Virus inoculation,cultivation and harvest were adopted to generate concentrated rabies virus antigen cultured in primary hamster kidney cells.Immunological effects of primary hamster kidney cell-derived and sheep brain-derived rabies virus on horse were compared.Results The plasma titers of anti-rabies antibodies were significantly higher in horses immunized with primary hamster kidney cell-derived rabies virus(mean,157 IU/ml)than in those immunized with sheep brain-derived rabies virus(mean,113 IU/ml).Conclusion High titer horse anti-rabies plasma was successfully prepared.
