摘  要:目的探讨泼尼松对雄性大鼠骨代谢过程的影响。方法20只3月龄SD雄性大鼠,随机分成正常对照组(A组)、泼尼松组(B组),A组灌生理盐水4 ml·kg-1·d-1,B组予4 mg·kg-1·d-1泼尼松灌胃,共90 d。实验结束后,处死全部大鼠,取尺骨和血清做生化指标测定。结果泼尼松组大鼠尺骨羟脯氨酸(Hyp)的含量无显著变化,骨钙、骨磷、骨锌的含量显著降低;血清钙显著升高,碱性磷酸酶含量降低。结论泼尼松通过抑制成骨细胞的活性,减少骨形成,增加骨吸收,导致骨质丢失。在骨质丢失的过程中,最早出现无机质的丢失,继而出现有机质的丢失。Objective To study the effect of prednisone on bone metabolism in male rats.Methods Twenty three-month-old Sprague Dawley male rats were randomly divided into two groups: normal group(group A),prednisone group(group B).Group A was given 4 ml·kg-1·d-1 of normal saline.Group B was given 4 mg·kg-1·d-1of prednisone.After 90 days,all rats were killed and their hydroxyproline(Hyp),calcium,phosphorus,zinc,magnesium of ulna and serum calcium,phosphorus,alkaline phosphatase,alanine aminotransferase were measured.Results Compared with normal group,prednisone group's Hyp had no change,but phosphorus,zinc,magnesium of the ulna were less;serum calcium was higher,but the alkaline phosphatase was less.Conclusion Prednisone could restrain osteoblast,increase bone resorption.The mineral was lost first,and was followed by the organic compounds.
