摘 要:目的了解地震灾区鼠密度情况以及采取措施预防和控制灾区鼠传疾病的发生和流行。方法以粉迹法和夹夜法调查灾区鼠密度,取鼠肺、鼠肾标本分别进行出血热病毒和钩端螺旋体检测。结果粉迹法和夹夜法的鼠密度分别为24.1%和14.1%,捕获了四川短尾鼩鼱和褐家鼠2目2种鼠形动物,四川短尾鼩鼱为优势种,占总捕鼠数的91.8%,未检出出血热病毒和钩端螺旋体。结论地震灾区鼠密度高,四川短尾鼩鼱和褐家鼠是监测和防制的主要对象,需在灾区开展灭鼠工作。Objective To study rat density for taking measures to control and prevent epidemic of rat transmissible disease in earthquake area.Methods The rat density was surveyed by methods of powder tracing and trap-night with rat clips.Lung and kidney samples of rats were taken and tested for infective rate of Leptospirosis and HFRS virus.Results The rat densities were 24.1% and 14.1% by method of powder tracing and trap-night with rat clips,respectively.Two orders and two species of Anourosorex squamipes and Rattus norvegicus were captured.The dominant category was Anourosorex squamipes, accounting for 91.8% of all captured rats.The infective rate of leptospiresis and HFRS virus was 0.Conclusion The rat density was high in earthquake area.It is necessary to put in practice the rat destruction work,and Anourosorex squamipes and Rattus norvegicus are the target rats for surveillance and control.
