摘 要:目的尝试建立狂犬马匹免疫新程序,进一步提高抗狂犬病免疫血浆的效价。方法通过对抗原性质、佐剂类型、油佐剂和Al佐剂抗原注射顺序、针次间和程次间时间间隔等免疫关键环节的研究,建立狂犬马匹免疫新程序,并通过试验加以验证。结果采用新程序免疫马匹可明显提高狂犬病免疫血浆的效价。试验组血浆平均效价为301 IU/ml,对照组为171 IU/ml,两组差异有统计学意义。结论建立了狂犬马匹免疫新程序,达到提高抗狂犬病免疫血浆的效价之目的。Objective To establish a new immunization procedure against rabies in horses,and to further enhance the anti-rabies immune potency of the plasma.Methods Based on the study of the keypoints of immunization,such as the na- ture of antigen,adjuvant type,in jection order of oil adjuvant and antigen-adjuvant A1,and time interval of needle number and procedures,new procedure of the rabies immunization in horses was established.It was further verified by titer experiment. Results The new immunization procedure could enhance immune potency of the horse plasma against rabies.The average plasma titer was 301 IU/ml for test group,and was 171 IU/ml for control group.There were significant statistical differences between the two groups.Conclusion The new immunization procedure against rabies in horses was established,which can effectively en- hance titer of anti-rabies serum.
