肿瘤患者中心静脉置管术后感染分析与护理对策

摘　　要：目的探讨肿瘤患者行中心静脉置管术后的导管感染因素,寻求正确的护理措施。方法根据留置时间分为A、B、C三组,导管细菌培养进行菌种分类分析。结果三组比较组间差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),A与C组比较有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),B与C组比较有显著统计学意义(0.01<P<0.05)。A与B组比较两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。病原体G^+球菌占44.82%、G^-杆菌占37.93%,真菌占17.24%。结论留置1～2周时间是安全的,超过2周以上感染率上升。严格无菌操作对避免感染发生至关重要,应针对其因素采取综合性护理措施。Objective To investigate the infection factors of central venous catheter associated infection(CAI)and take reasonable nursing countermeasures.Methods Patients were divided randomly into three groups named A,B,C,according to duration of the catheter being contained respectively.The bacteria species were analyzed based on catheter bacteria culture.Results There is statistical difference among three groups including A and C(P<0.01 ),B and C(0.01<P<0.05),while the contrastive difference between A and B is contrary(P>0.05).The proportion of the Gram-positive cocci,Gram-negative bacilli and fungi is 44.82%,37. 93%,and 17.24%respectively.Conclusion It is safe for catheter duration from one to two weeks.Incidence of catheter associated infection is higher for catheter duration more than 2 weeks.Strict asepsis is important to avoid infection,therefore,comprehensive nursing methods for CAI should be taken.
