益元健脾方对脾虚泄泻大鼠血浆中分子物质含量和肠道菌群的影响

摘　　要：目的观察益元健脾方对脾虚泄泻大鼠血浆中分子物质含量和肠道菌群的影响。方法用50%番泻叶水浸液复制大鼠脾虚泄泻模型,观察对大鼠血浆中分子物质含量和肠道菌群的调节作用。结果益元健脾止泻颗粒能降低实验性脾虚泄泻大鼠血浆中分子物质含量,并对其肠道菌群有一定的调节作用。结论益元健脾止泻颗粒通过降低血浆中分子物质含量和调节肠道微生态平衡而发挥治疗作用。Objective To observe the function ofYiyuan Jianpi Granule on the content of the Middle Molecular Substance(MMS)in plasma and the intestinal bacteria of the rats models with spleen-deficiency diarrhea.Methods 50 per Folium Sennae liquid induced the rats' models of spleen-deficiency diarrhea.To observe the content of the MMS in plasma and the influence on intestinal bacteria.Results Yiyuan Jianpi Granule can decrease the content of the MMS and also has a certain effect on modulating bacteria in intestine tract.Conclusions Yiyuan Jianpi Granule can treat the illness by the functions of mentioned above.
