摘　　要：目的了解我院药品处方用药及处方规范化状况,指导临床合理用药。方法随机抽取我院2007年5月至2008年4月处方共11000张,依据统计学方法归纳并进行综合分析。结果筛选出不合格处方363张,约占抽取总数3.3%。处方的不合理性大致归纳为处方药品名称不规范、滥用药物、配伍不合理、重复使用同类药物、用法用量不准确或计量单位不规范、品种过多、书写不合格等。结论我院处方存在不合理用药现象,处方的开具应进一步规范化,确保患者用药安全、有效、经济。Objective To understand the prescription drug-used and prescription standardization in our hospital and provide guidelines for clinical practice.Method 11000 prescriptions from May 2007 to April 2008 in our hospital were randomly chosen and analyzed by statistics. Results 363 which is 3.3%non-standard prescriptions were identified.The problems identified include non-standard drug names,overdose, incorrect compatibility,redundant usage of drugs of similar effects,inaccurate usage and dosage,non-standard weight unit,spelling problems etc.Conclusion there are non-standardization issues among prescriptions in our hospital,prescription should be standardized even further to ensure safer,more efficient and more economic subscription.
