摘　　要：八大前后,中国共产党根据国际国内形势发生的重大变化,积极探索适合中国国情的社会主义建设道路。根据当时中国的实际情况和优先发展重工业的经济发展战略,三农问题尤其是农业问题,成了影响经济发展全局的重大问题。为此,八大及其前后,中国共产党对于如何发展农业、农村经济,进行了积极的、创造性的探索,由此形成了一系列认识。回顾八大前后中国共产党对三农问题的探索,对于解决当今中国的三农问题,对于建设社会主义新农村,具有极大的启示。Around the 8th Chinese Communist Party's Congress,according to the tremendous change of international and domestic situation,the Chinese Communist Party began to explore positively the socialist construction path suiting the Chinese national condition.According to China's actual situationand giving priority to develop the heavy industry economic development strategy,the three agriculturalquestions,in particular the agriculture question,had become the major issue to influence the overall situation of economy development.Therefore,how to develop the agriculture and the rural economy,the Chinese Communist Party carried on positively,the creative exploration,and formed a series of understanding.The reviews of the Chinese Communist Party's exploration has an enormous enlightenment,on the solution to the three agricultural questions and the construction of the socialist new countryside.
