双金属叠层板拉深性能影响因素的数值模拟及分析

摘　　要：采用ANSYS软件模拟不锈钢/铝双金属叠层板在不同压边条件下以及组员金属层不同厚度比的情况下的拉深成形过程,分析研究压边和金属层厚度比对双金属叠层板拉深性能的具体影响。This article introduces the simulation of the extending formation procedure of stainless steel or aluminum double metal plates under different pressure conditions by using ANSYS software,analyzes the concrete influence of the thickness of metal fringe to the extension performance of double metal plates.
