摘　　要：荣孟源在长期的档案史料工作中形成了其系统而独特的档案史料观。在档案史料的搜集方面求新、求全、求实;在档案史料的鉴定方面从来源、制作、形式、印章等入手,在档案史料的编纂方面不拘泥于形式,坚持价值第一。Through a long-term files and data work,Rong Mengyuan had formed a systematic and unique view of files and historical materials.he was in pursuit of novelty,fullness and reality when collecting files and historical data;he paid much attention to the origin,facture,form and seal of the materials when authenticating them;and he was not confined to fixed form when compiling files and historical materials,regarding value as the priority all along.
