摘  要:目的 :探讨血清胰岛素样生长因子 1 (IGF 1 )与骨密度 (BMD)在Graves病 (GD)中的改变及其相互关系。方法 :采用放射免疫分析法 (RIA)检测 30例女性GD患者治疗前后血清IGF 1水平 ,双能X线骨密度仪测定桡骨骨密度 ,并与年龄和性别相匹配的健康人 (对照组 )比较。结果 :GD组 ,血清IGF 1水平 (1 6 5 4± 4 0 0 ) μg L明显升高 ,BMD(0 770± 0 0 81 )g cm2 明显降低 ,与对照组〔(IGF - 1为 (92 5± 2 5 1 ) μg L、BMD为 (0 877± 0 0 6 9)g cm2 )〕比较均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1、P <0 .0 5 ) ,IGF 1与FT4 正相关 (r=0 .38,P <0 .0 5 )、与BMD负相关 (r=- 0 .32 ,P <0 .0 5 )。GD治疗缓解后 ,IGF 1水平 (1 1 0 4± 33 2 ) μg L明显低于治疗前 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ;BMD(0 882± 0 0 80 )g cm2 有所增加 ,但与治疗前比较差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :IGFObjective:To investigate the changes and correlation of Insulin-line growth factor-1(IGF-1)and bone mineral density(BMD)in Graves disease(GD).Methods:The serum IGF-1 levels were determined by radioimmunoprecipitation assay(RIA) in 30 cases of females GD patients before and after successful therapy,the BMD were measured by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry,the sex and ege were matched with the normal of the control group.Results:The levels of serum IGF-1(165 4±40 0) μg/L markedly increase and the BMD(0 770±0 081)g/cm 2 markedly descend in GD group.There were significantly different from normal controls[IGF-1(92.5±25.1)μg/L、BMD(0.877±0.069)g/cm 2]( P<0.01、P<0.05 ).IGF-1 level was positive correlated with FT 4( r=0.38,P<0.05) ,was inversely correlated with BMD( r=-0.32,P<0.05 ).The levels of serum IGF-1(110.4±33.2)μg/L after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment( P<0.05 ).The increasing of BMD(0.822±0.080)g/cm 2 after treatment but there were not significantly different from those before treatment( P>0.05 ).Conclusion:IGF-1 probably play an important role in the pathogenesis and bone metabolism of GD.
