摘　　要：政府网站是电子政务建设的重中之重,其建设水平、服务能力和质量效益直接关系到我国电子政务建设的整体效益。为帮助政府部门控制网站发展方向,发现存在问题,修补漏洞不足,需要构建政府网站绩效评估指标体系并以此作为参照进行评估。Internet web site of government is the most important part of E-government construction,its construction level,service ability and quality beneficial result is related directly to the whole beneficial result of our E-government construction.In order to help govern- mental control its web site's developing direction,find existing problems,modify the mistakes,it is necessary to set a evaluation indices system of Internet web site of government and regard it as a evaluating standard.
