摘　　要：在 2 1世纪 ,我们致力于建立现代企业制度的时候 ,发达国家正把努力投入项目管理。新的商业环境瞬息万变 ,而项目管理将在全球性的市场变化中起到关键性的作用。这一动向提醒我们在高度重视企业管理现代化的同时 。When we are devoted to setting up modern enterprise system in the 21st century,the developed country is throwing great efforts into the project management.The new business environment is fast changing, and the project management will play a key role in the changing global market. This tendency reminds us paying moreattention to project management while focusing on modernization of enterprise management.
