摘　　要：创新性教育是促进我国进步与发展的重要一环。培养创新性人格 ,则是创新教育的根本目的 ,实施创新教育必须从培养创新性人格入手。在培养创新性人格中必须以解放思想、实事求是为指导 ,树立正确的创新教育理念 ,注重学生情感和人格独立性的培养 ,创新教育的方式、方法 ,弘扬中华文化育人的精华 。Innovative education is an important link of promoting our country to progress and develop, while training innovative personality is a basic goal of innovative education. Carrying on innovative education must start with fostering innovative personality. People should emancipate the mind and seek truth from facts in order to guide in training innovative personality, establish the correct educational idea of innovation, pay attention to the cultivation of student's emotion and personality independence, create educational way and method, carry forward the quintessence of educating people, realize the traditional surmounting and innovation.
