抗柯萨奇B中药胶囊治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的观察抗柯萨奇B心肌炎胶囊(ACCM)治疗病毒性心肌炎(VM)的临床疗效。方法将120例VM患者随机分成ACCM组(用ACCM治疗,60例)和对照组(西药常规治疗,60例),进行对比观察。结果 ACCM组总有效率65%,明显优于对照组的42%(P【0.05)。治疗后ACCM组对反复感冒、心悸、胸闷、胸痛、气短、乏力、头晕等的恢复明显优于对照组。结论 ACCM是治疗VM的一种高效、价廉及使用方便的中药制剂,无明显不良反应。Objective To observe the clinical effects of the antitoxin cachet for coxsackie B myocarditis (ACCM) in treatment of patients with viral myocarditis (VM). Methods 120 patients with VM were randomly divided into two groups: ACCM treatment group (60 cases) and western medicine control group (60 cases). Results : There was a significant difference of total effective rate between the ACCM group (65%) and the control group (42%) (P<0.05. After treatment, the therapeutic effects in the ACCM group were better than those in the control group for repeated cold, palpitation, chest smother, chestache, breathing difficulties, weakness and dizzyness, etc. Conclusion : ACCM is a highly effective Chinese herbal medicine preparation, cheap and easy to use in the treatment of patients with viral myocarditis.
