女性尿道综合征术后尿动力学的评估

摘　　要：目的　针对女性尿道综合征尿道口异常手术治疗后存在的问题 ,应用尿动力学检查进行探讨性评估。方法　对女性尿道综合征的尿道口异常者 ,采用尿动力检查仪进行术前、术后测定。结果　 76例尿道口异常中尿道高压 2 8例 (36 .8% ) ;不稳定膀胱 2 1例(2 7.6 % ) ;低顺应性膀胱 4例 (5 .3 % ) ;不明原因 7例 (9.2 % ) ;尿动力学检查正常 1 6例 (2 1 .1 % )。 76例均手术治疗 ,61例 (80 .3 % )术后临床症状消失。 1 5例针对病因配合药物、行为训练及心理治疗 ,1 0例好转 ,无效 5例 ,总有效率 93 .4%。结论　女性尿道综合征中尿道口异常首选手术治疗 ,术后根据尿动力学检查结果行针对性治疗 。Objective To approach the surgical treatment in female urethral syndrome. Methods Abnormal urethral orifice in female urethral syndrome was performed by urodynamics test before and after surgical treatment. Results Of 76 cases with abnormal urethral orifice, high urethral pressure occurred in 28 cases,unstable bladder in 21 cases,low compliance bladder in 4 cases,undefined causes in 7 cases,and normal in 16 cases.61 patients (80.26%) was cured after surgical treatment.Treated by medicine combined with train therapy,10 cases was cured and 5 cases was not,The efficient was 93.4%. Conclusion Abnormal urethral orifice operation was the first choice for female urethral syndrome.It may improve the cure rate if patients with female urethral syndrome are performed postoperative treatment by urodynamics test.
