摘　　要：目的 了解Sensititrez BC药敏板对产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)菌株的检出率。方法采用Sensititrez BC药敏板与国内外常用的双纸片协同扩散法(DDS)进行比较。结果TAZ、AZT、AXO三种抗生素筛选检测ESBLs菌株总检出率30.33％,肺炎克雷伯菌和大肠埃希菌产ESBLs率分别为33.64％和24.79％,与双纸片协同扩散法符合率分别为97.33％和93.97％。结论TAZ、AZT、AXO三种抗生素,增加检出ESBLs的敏感性,避免ESBLs菌株漏检,该法操作简单,结果快速准确,特别适合常规应用。Objective To investigate the detected rate of producing extended - specctrum β - lactamases(ESBLs) clinical isolates of the family Enterobacteriaceae in our hospital. Methods The Enterobacteriaceae isolated and the susceptibility testing were operoted on the Sensititre Microbiology System. Results 30.33 percent of strains were considered ESBLs producers by the Sensititre BC Susceptibility panels. The prevalences of ESBLs in isolates of Klebsiella pneumoniae were 33.64% 、24.79% 、 respectively. The percentage of accord with double - disk synergy test(DDS) were 97.33%、93.97% respectively.Conclusions The three combination(TAZ、AZT、AXO) in Sensititre BC susceptibility panels increase sensitive;it prevents the escape from detected ESBLs.This method operates simply 、 accurately and quick in the result.
