摘  要:目的 研究泌尿系感染病原菌的菌群分布及耐药性的现状。方法 采用NCCLs制订的方法和标准检测从泌尿系感染标本中分离出的693株细菌的耐药状况。结果 革兰氏阴性杆菌占74.7%,阳性球菌占24.9%。大肠埃希菌是最常见的致病菌,占52.1%(361/693),其中ESBL阳性菌株占26.1%(97/361)。一、二代头孢菌素的耐药性较高。三代头孢菌素有较高的敏感率,但ESBL(+)菌株比率也较高。结论应加强细菌耐药检测,根据细菌药敏结果合理应用抗生素。Objective To analyse the bacterial resistance to antimicrobial agents in urinary infection. Methods 693 strains of pathogens causing urinary infection were analysed using the method and standard of the National Committee of Clinical Laboratory Standard(NCCLS) .Results out of 693 strains of pathogens, 74.7 % is gram - negativeb acilli; 24.9 % is gram - positive cocci. E. coli is the most popular pathogens (52.1%, 361/693).ESBL positive rate is 26.1 % (97/361). Out of 172 strains of gram - positive cocci, MRSA and MRSE is 35% (14/40) and 19.7% (12/61). First and Second - generation cephlosporins resistant strainsis higher. The third- generation cephlosporins resistant strains is still lower. But the ESBLs was increased. Conclusions In the treatment of urinary infection, sensitive antiobiotics should be selected with the guidance oi drug sensitivity test.
